NOTE * All custom dresses ordered can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge. Because your custom dress is a one-off tailor made for your special day, orders cancelled more than 24 hours will be charged 50% of total clothes fee.Please be careful to order! Thank you for understanding.
* The custom dress does not include any accessories such as wedding veil, gloves and the petticoat. Item is for one dress only!!
* Normally, it will take 15-17 working days to make your dress after we got your payment. It will then take about 3-5 working days for the package travel from our factories to your destination. We will ship it by EMS or TNT or DHL (it's very safety and fast). and give you the tracking number after we sent out your dress. So, you can get your dress in 15-23 days.
* Can we place a rush order?
Dear friend, Of course you can put a rush order if it's necessary for you. We can accept 5 days rush order and 7 days rush order. If you put a 5 days rush order, you need to pay extra 45 us dollars. If you put a 7 days rush order, you need to pay extra 30 us dollars.

Note: The below is just a guide. We recommend that whenever possible you get a qualified seamstress to measure your evening dresses size. Always get someone else to make the measurements for you: measuring yourself will give inaccurate numbers and could lead to disappointment.

  • Bust Bust - Not your bra size! Take the tape around your back and bring it across the fullest part of your bust. Your arms should be relaxed, down at your sides. You must wear a bra when taking this measurement for your evening dress.
  • Waist Waist- This is the smallest part of your waist. Typically it's an inch or above your belly button. Also called the natural waistline.
  • Hips This is the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone. Measurement is taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline. This measurement for evening dress is not needed for full gowns.
  • Hollow to Hem This is the length from your hollow ( the hollow just under your neck ) to your heels. (Take the tape from your front, with bare foot ). You should stand upright and your feet should keep together.
