Shipping and Returns Information for Tailor-Made Dresses

Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses suits are personally tailored for you from scratch. Because of this, shipping time and our return policy are different for these special items.
Shipping Informations:
Our products are shipped out every day, from Monday to Friday, except holidays. Whether you choose a standard/plus size dresses or give us your custom measurements, we will arrange to make your order for you after we received your payment and your exact measurements. So if you want to order designer dresses,you should order it one month before your special day.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number. Please check your junk box if you can't receive the e-mails. 24 hours after you receive your tracking number, you will be able to track your order online at http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp or http://www.tnt.com.cn/en/index.asp Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination. North American and Asian orders will usually be delivered within 4-7 days of the shipped date. All other orders will be delivered within 5-12 days of the shipped date.
shipping Time
Total Shipping Time is based on the time it will take to tailor your dresses + the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you.
* Normally, it will take 15-17 working days to make your dress after we got your payment. It will then take about 3-5 working days for the package travel from our factories to your destination. We will ship it by EMS or TNT or DHL (it's very safety and fast). and give you the tracking number after we sent out your dress. So, you can get your dress in 15-23 days.
* Can we place a rush order?
Dear friend, Of course you can put a rush order if it's necessary for you. We can accept 5 days rush order and 7 days rush order. If you put a 5 days rush order, you need to pay extra 45 us dollars. If you put a 7 days rush order, you need to pay extra 30 us dollars.
Returns Information
All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your dress is a one-off tailor made for your special day, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equalling 25% of the item price. Thank you for understanding.
